Guilherme Paulus, the founder of multiple travel industry, has come a very long way. CVC travel agency is one of the most successful companies that he founded and its success is a result of the determination, dedication, and hard work attributed to Guilherme Paulus. CVC embarked as a tiny company, but it is currently transformed into a Latin American’s giant tour operator travel agency.

The ambitious man was born in São Paulo in 1949. He enrolled in college and pursued business administration. Guilherme Paulus had the passion of becoming a doctor though his parents couldn’t afford the fees to support his career interest. Currently, the entrepreneur has accomplished a lot with nearly 50 years of experience in a travel agency.

Guilherme Paulus and Carlos Vicente Cerchiari are the co-founders of CVC travel industry. They started the company back in 1972; Paulus was 24 years at the time. Guilherme Paulus worked extremely hard with lots of determination to ensure that the travel agency achieved a big role by using his talents to create an array of travel packages, which exceeded the wide competition. As per now, CVC travel agency is an accomplished international tourism firm.

Mr. Paulus requested a global investment fund’s help to grow his business to greater heights and it embarked on trading its shares in 2013 on the stock exchange. CVC gained about $5.2b annually and it keeps increasing its profits. As per now, the management of the company has a goal of opening nearly 100 stores.

The businessman has another goal of introducing his travel agency throughout unpopulated cities, Latin America. His belief in opening new niches whenever there is an existing gap is very strong. Omni Channel concept has helped his company to explore online vendor’s chance with an effort to keep Paulus plans to grow and expand.

The determined man enjoys giving back to his local community, he supports charitable organizations, taking of Piet project that is situated in Foz do Iguaçu, PR. PR trains juveniles to become tourism industry’s leaders. CVC also sponsors Alfasol-Solidarity Literacy also referred to as National Project of Professional Initiation in Tourism. The entrepreneur’s objective is to make quite a positive impact in Brazil.
