Few people know this, but Pisssios, the Cinemaspace Co-Founder, is a teacher by profession. What’s more, the successful entrepreneur opted to pursue a degree in Education while studying at Northeastern Illinois University. It is at this institution that Pissios majored in Special Education and pursued a Minor in Secondary Education.

It is important to note that 1994 is an important year in Alex Pissios history. It is in this year that he received an irresistible offer from his uncle, while working as a teacher. His uncle wanted the services of someone he can task at his leather company, and Pissios was the best candidate. 

So, Mirkopoulos offered Pissios a salary he couldn’t reject. That’s how the teacher left his chalk and books for a lucrative career in the leather scene. But this wasn’t to last as the two relatives would go on to establish Cinemaspace.
