Gino Pozzo. a renowned and respected businessman in the sports industry has gained a reputation as one of Europe’s most successful club owners. Pozzo was born to Gianpaolo and Giuliana Pozzo, passionate football fans. His parent’s passion for football inspired him during his childhood. Gino Pozzo was directly involved in the club’s daily operations. Under Pozzo’s leadership, Granada rose to Primera Liga for the first time in over three decades. At the time of purchase, Watford struggled with poor performance at the fourth division and bad debts. The club got a promotion to the Premier League four years after Pozzo acquired it.
