Average New Seller Asking Prices Have Risen 1.3 Percent This Month

 

January is already showing higher housing market prices from sellers across the whole United Kingdom. This is the highest increase in prices since 2020, and Greycoat Real Estate cautioned that this higher rate is still under what is considered normal for the month of January. However, this is certainly a promising sign that things in the real estate landscape could be returning to a more normal pattern.
