of Brazil still lacked stable connectivity. Jacobovicz saw that gap and stepped

high-performance fiber-optic networks across underserved areas, setting a new

Under Jacobovicz’s leadership, Horizons Telecom didn’t just
grow—it thrived. But more importantly, it helped transform how people learned,
