Vijay Eswaran Explains how SoS works

Did you know that silence is powerful and a great contributor to your growth as an individual? This is something that Vijay Eswaran knows too well. Silence can help you fight stress and burnout from your daily activities. The best way to practice this silence is through indulging in the sphere of silence (SoS). Vijay Eswaran describes SoS as placing just an hour of your 24 hours of the day towards focusing on yourself.

His many years in business have had him pass through many challenges. Those starting businesses in today’s world are lucky. Things were tough back in the ’90s, especially in the Asian economy. One of the greatest challenges he faced was a lack of guidance when he got into the business. This is something that today’s entrepreneurs enjoy from almost everything around them. During those times, one thing that brought him sanity and offered him the guidance needed was the Sphere of Silence.

To gain from this practice, one must first learn how it works, Vijay Eswaran explains. First, this is a practice that has to take place every day of one’s life, and it is done in three steps. You have to divide the Sphere of Silence which is sixty minutes, into three; the path of duty, which lasts for thirty minutes; the path of knowledge, which lasts for twenty minutes and the path of devotion which goes for ten minutes. During the first thirty minutes, you should focus on goals. Here you can drawback to yesterday’s goals, look at today’s goals and create new goals.

The second twenty minutes involve taking care of the knowledge part whereby you should get a non-fiction book and indulge your mind in it. Lastly, you should spend the remaining twenty minutes with the high power that one subscribes to. The morning hours are the best time to dedicate SoS practice. Anyone looking to experience great positive strides in their lives needs to consider SoS.
